The start of a new year is the perfect time to learn a new skill! Check out our book list and resources below for a few ways the library can assist you with taking on your 2026 goals.
The West Plaza is currently closed and under construction due to much-needed repairs. In 2022, the library worked with the City of Wheaton to apply for a federal grant to fund a replacement project for the West Plaza.
Our Youth Services Department has a great opportunity for young patrons to display their collectables in our display cases on the library's Lower Level. Interested? Fill out our Display Case Form for a chance to be featured.
Wheaton Public Library card is required. The card may belong to the child or caregiver.
Need assistance with navigating a new piece of tech equipment? Sometimes an extra set of eyes can make all the difference in troubleshooting an issue. Fill out our Book a Techspert Form and our Tech Center team will be in contact with you to set up an appointment.

Your creative design could be featured on the next Wheaton Public Library card. Fit the theme of WPL’s mission statement: “Wheaton Public Library is a welcoming destination that connects the community to literacy, information, ideas and experiences. Grow with us!” Winners will be chosen from the following age groups: Youth (ages 0-11), Teens (ages 12-17), and Adults (ages 18+). Participation is limited to WPL cardholders. Deadline to submit is October 15.
