Applications Open for Local Authors
Local authors from Wheaton and surrounding communities are invited to apply to be featured in Wheaton Public Library’s annual Local Author Fest. Applications will be accepted until Monday, February 23. Accepted authors will be given a table on the main floor of the library to promote and sell their books, but must be responsible for bringing their books and exchanges of payment; the library will not provide change. Authors must be available from 1-4 pm the day of the event. Due to demand and space limitations, not all applicants may be accepted.
All local authors are invited to donate a copy of their book to be added to the library’s local author shelf for circulation. Applicants will be notified by Friday, March 13 regarding the status of their application. Please email courtney@wheatonlibrary.org with questions
