This sequel was even better than the first book, A Good Girl's Guide to Murder, in some ways. The mystery felt more personal, and the stakes were higher. I liked seeing the main character struggle more with the consequences of her choices. Some twists were predictable, but others genuinely surprised me. It felt darker and more emotional, which made it more engaging overall.
