is the general election
DuPage County voters may cast their ballots during in-person Early Voting, through Vote by Mail, or by voting in-person on Election Day at any polling place in DuPage County.
- Begins Thursday, September 26, 2024 at the DuPage County Fairgrounds in Wheaton as well as 4 other locations.
- Additional locations will open for voting on October 21.
- Fill out a Vote by Mail Ballot Application as early as possible. The application can be submitted online, mailed, or dropped off at the Election Division office.
- Vote by mail ballots will be sent to voters beginning 40 days before the election or when the completed application is received.
- No more ballots will be mailed out after October 31.
- Voted ballots must be postmarked no later than Election Day (November 5) to be counted.
On Election Day - Tuesday, November 5
- Polling places are open from 6 AM to 7 PM.
- Registered DuPage County voters may vote at any polling place in the county.
- Check to see if you're already registered to vote and view a sample ballot
- Online registration closes October 20, 2024
- Mail-in registration must be postmarked by October 20, 2024
