Teen Review: Shatter Me by Tahereh Mafi

I liked the concept of Shatter Me more than the actual execution at times. Juliette’s voice was interesting, but the writing style felt repetitive after a while, especially with all the crossed-out thoughts. That said, the emotional intensity was strong, and the idea of her power was really compelling. It definitely hooks you enough to want answers, even if it doesn’t fully deliver yet. It feels like a setup book more than a complete story.
