This novella actually made me like Warner way more than I expected. Seeing things from his perspective added a lot of depth that was missing before. I didn’t love everything he did, but I understood him more, which made the main series more interesting. It’s short, but it adds important emotional context. Honestly, it made the whole Shatter Me world feel more layered.
