Join us outside on the library's West Plaza as Chopra Center certified instructor Stephanie Frantz teaches you a simple mindfulness meditation technique and a stress-buster breathing exercise to relax and increase your overall sense of wellbeing. Explore the benefits of developing a regular meditation practice to improve health, strengthen the immune system and release stress and anxiety.
