Joyce and Brian Ostberg recount the surprising history of Wheaton's evolving fairgrounds, from farming community to the present. They will discuss Wheaton's movement of the fairgrounds over time, including one with a somewhat racy narrative. Provided in partnership with the Wheaton Historic Commission.
