Other programs may require tickets or registration by library staff. Click on an event for a full description and links to relevant information. If online registration is allowed you can scroll down to the registration form. Enter your email address to receive an email reminder two days before the program. Check to see which programs you're signed up for by clicking on Display Personal Schedule at the top of the screen.

Listening Stations
Want to try out a CD or audiobook before taking it home? The library has two new listening stations that an be borrowed by library cardholders for in-library use. (The library card may be from any library, not just Wheaton.) Up to four people can listen simultaneously to one music CD or an audiobook on CD or cassette. Ask at the A/V Desk for the CD/cassette player, or ask at the Reference Desk for the CD player. Both stations come with headphones.

Self-Checkout Stations
It's as easy as 1-2-3! Check out library material yourself at our new self-checkout stations.
1-Scan your library card and enter your PIN
    2-Scan the items to checkout
    3-Print your receipt
It's that easy! You must have a numeric PIN to use the self-checkout stations. If you already have a PIN that is not numeric, stop at a WebCat Online Catalog station and change. Log into My Account with your current PIN, then click the Modify PIN button to change it. PINs may be between 4 and 30 characters long.
DVDs, CDs, CD boxed sets and multimedia CD-ROMs may be checked out at the self-checkout stations, but remember to unlock the cases before you leave. Unlocking devices are located at the Main Checkout Desk. Magazines may not be checked out at a self-checkout station, but must be checked out at the desk instead. Two self-checkout stations are located on the first floor near the Main Checkout Desk, and two are located in the Children's Department across from the Children's Desk.
