In this slide lecture, art historian Jeff Mishur discusses how paintings and prints fueled a religious movement and made Luther a celebrity in his own lifetime. Featuring works by Dürer, Cranach and Raphael as well as many of their contemporaries, this program promises to offer insight into a remarkable moment in history.
