StoryWalk

Experience a book in a whole new way

Begins June 1

Find pages of a book in the windows of downtown Wheaton businesses
In partnership with the Downtown Wheaton Association

StoryWalk®

  • Start at the library to find the first pages of the book (hint: they are in the front windows)
  • Use the map to find and read the rest of the book. Printed maps are available at the Youth Services desk, view the map here, or scan the QR code next to the pages in the windows.
  • Different books are featured in June, July, and August so you can StoryWalk® all summer long!

Scavenger Hunt

  • There is a color next to each book page on the StoryWalk®
  • Record the color on the form with the map or use this online form
  • Return your scavenger hunt sheet to the library, or submit the online form, to be entered into a prize drawing
  • One scavenger hunt entry per family per month

The StoryWalk® Project was created by Anne Ferguson of Montpelier, VT and developed in collaboration with the Kellogg-Hubbard Library.
