Internet Use
The Wheaton Public Library is pleased to offer the valuable resources of the Internet as part of its comprehensive reference and information service to Wheaton residents. The library filters all of the Internet stations, including Internet access from a personal laptop using the wireless connection.
Internet Workstations
The library has 35 workstations for Internet use, located on the 2nd floor. Registered users log in with their library barcode numbers and PINs and have a one-hour time limit. Nonresidents enter the guest pass number and have a 30-minute time limit.

- a Wheaton library cardholder in good standing who is 18 years or older, or
- a young adult from sixth grade (approximately 13 years of age) up to age 18 who has a Wheaton library card in good standing and whose parent or guardian has signed the parental permission form.
Fill out and sign the registration/permission form at the Circulation Desk. Your computer record will be updated to identify you as a registered Internet user.
